Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed once agreed via the contact form or direct message. Availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are discussed and agreed prior to the shoot or event. Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Charges

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give as much notice as possible. I understand plans can change and I will always try to be flexible where I can.

Image Delivery

Edited images are delivered via an online gallery. Turnaround times may vary depending on the shoot and event. I am only one person and have separate commitments.

Image Usage and Copyright

All images remain the copyright of Lacey W Photography. Clients are welcome to share images on social media with credit. Images must not be altered or edited without permission.

Safeguarding and DBS

I am DBS checked. For shoots involving minors or vulnerable settings, a parent/guardian or responsible adult (over 18) must be present at all times. I am currently awaiting to book a first aid course.
